You guys… this one is AMAZING!! We are all still so sore from it (in the best way.) 10 minute true warm up, 40 min traditional TABATA round, followed by 10 minutes of core. If you need to shorten this one, just go straight to the 40 minute section & be sure to stretch when you’re done. I had to make this one available for all because it was just that good. Enjoy! 🙂
