Core Bootcamp & Fit Ball Burner

TWO Workouts that are perfect as stand alone OR stacked together! 40 minute Tread & CORE Bootcamp followed by a 20 minute pilates style burner using a small fitness ball. If you don’t have the ball, you can still do this! Just use bodyweight only or a small dumbbell. This was such a great workout, everyone (members and non members) will have access to it. ENJOY! 🙂
